Sign me up in the 'wing window' camp. My 1967 VW Fastback had them.

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

Vent window.  I didn't know anything still had them.  Or is that an antique?

I used to have a 1958 Chevy TRUCK that had the roundish (not triangular) vent wing windows that were wider at the top than at the bottom.  The windshield wrapped around the sides.

 =)

I would have never gotten rid of it except that in Colorado at that time the commercial license plate and insurance just to legally drive it across the street cost as much or more than it was worth at the time.  It had utility boxes, a huge PTO winch, and quick up/down A-frame that reached about 25' high.

I love it when young folks bring up stuff like this. =D  I recall one of my grandkids when they were fairly small looking at Lynn when she was putting a 45 rpm record on an old machine we had, and saying that it was sure a weird looking CD. =D

You should've seen what happened when I took a Conway Twitty 8-track to the office a couple years ago.

I am serious.  I'm 25.  =)

Vent window.  I didn't know anything still had them.  Or is that an antique?

Old, but not antique.  1989 crown victoria.

Incidentally, my 95 F250 has them too.

Are you planning on defenestrating somebody though it?

That would have to be a small somebody.
