Like I said before, it reminds me of horse radish. Kind of a bitter-sour taste.

I actually think I know what you mean... And agree.

But my biggest peeve about a lot of the resterant hot wings is the crispy on the glaze. I don't like it.

The bacon/egg/cheese bagel used to be my favorite (& the only place you could get a bagel in rural TX)....but, since Sonic started doing breakfast, I've gone there.....they do bacon better....
