Yes, I do.  From the Albiginsian Crusade, directed against the Cathars.

Re Cathars...  No doubt many did, but many may not have.  The Cathars are not exactly headline news.  There was no intention to be patronizing.  Gnosticism happens to be a personal interest of mine.
