They haven't even seen rain out there for most of the last ten years.   :O
Freedom is a heavy load, a great and strange burden for the spirit to undertake. It is not easy. It is not a gift given, but a choice made, and the choice may be a hard one. The road goes upward toward the light; but the laden traveller may never reach the end of it.  - Ursula Le Guin

Wow.  I had a couple of dinged shingles last spring and I was kinda ticked off.  I am now less upset.

'Course, anybody out there who doesn't already have a metal roof is just asking for trouble.

I used to have one of those old-time metal construction helmets for hail protection if I had to go out and tend to the animals and do any hatch-battening in a storm.

Boy, they're noisy when pelted by hailstones.

Good luck to all in any storms.  Pain in the tuchas.  Had a car totaled by 2-1/2 to 3 inch hail while I was sitting in it.

Not very much fun.

Good luck, again.
