I would say that about 44.44% of our judges nowadays lack both wisdom and a "judicial temperament." That is, the ability to separate their own preconceptions and biases from the facts of the matter.
Wisdom? As in "Texting a picture of yourself in some stage of undress to a married co-worker as her superior."
Judicial temperament? As in "There's no shame in my game."
44.44%? As in 4 out of 9.
And guess where my sample of 9 came from.
