Do you listen to public radio?

I listen to NPR sometimes.  NPR's problem is that they run the same 4 stories over and over again:  Repubilcans are Evil, The Oppressed Minority, The Oppressed Woman, and The Interesting Cultural Tidbit.   The Cultural Tidbit stories are always interesting, but the rest of it sounds painfully repetitive after a while.

There's a second NPR station on the dial that plays jazz music all day.  They're worth listening to.

There's a radio station produced by one of the area high schools.  It's a lot of fun. You never know what you'll hear on that station.

NPR's major malfunction, in addition to their statist and far-left leanings, is that they are a bummer.

At 25, I had spare cycles for that crap. Now that I'm, er, 26, I need to keep a positive attitude, and their blathering adds drag.
