Of course. Now, do you disapprove of my disppoval of the KKK? If not, then apparently you don't think that "societal diapproval should cease."

I don't think societal disapproval should cease as phenomenon, no.

But have three mutually-reinforcing positions on this topic:

1. One, I do not think drug use qua drug use is deserving of societal disapproval.

2. I think that a society with a uniform system of social-disapproval standards, if you will - such as the one that existed, say, in the 19th century, where a homosexual, for instance, would be welcome virtually in no town in the CONUS - is undesirable and is effectively state oppression under another name (and indeed will lead to that).

3. Nor do I think such a thing is practicable in the modern day.
