Ron Paul's farewell speech to congress
« on: November 14, 2012, 06:36:27 PM »
Listening to it right now on YouTube

http://youtu.be/q03cWio-zjk

For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

Unfortunately he has to watch the destruction from ring side, he doesn't get to fly away.

He's been at it for a long time.

I don't begrudge him shrugging.

And people still think there was a difference between Clown A and Clown B in the presidential election.

We could have used another 500 Ron Pauls in congress, but I think its way too late.

"We could have used another 500 Ron Paul's in Congress"

That would be nice.  I'd just like to see a few like him, who could say what he just said, in under 2 minutes, and say it with a passion and conviction that would make people pay attention, listen, learn, and vote accordingly.
