Yup, the CIA has given up trying to stop the national security danger of climate change. I guess it's just too dangerous.

Good. When Panetta got the CIA gig, this was a scheme hatched between him and several enviro Congressmen, most notably Sam Farr, who bragged that they came up with it as a way to force the environmental agenda as a Homeland Security issue.
