I recall reading that Joan Rivers has had more plastic surgery than any other known celebrity, even more than Cher.
Edited to add: I forgot to mention that in searching for a photo of Kelly LeBrock, I learned that back in the 1980's, she and Rolling Stones' guitarist Ron Wood were dating, and came close to getting married. Actually, it would have made her look better today by comparison:
