tomorrow the nys supreme court will hear evidence as to the constitutionality of the "safe act". part of me would like to see this go to the ussc, but as long as it gets struck down i will be happy.

I would guess that no matter what, it's gonna end up in front of USSC... Whichever side loses is gonna continue to appeal until it gets there....
