I was too at my first airline job.

I loved getting the magazine each month with a truck driver on the cover. It was very helpful for my airline job.

Yeah, you would think that they would put a bus driver on the cover once in a while  ;)   =D

Did you learn anything about the care and feeding of draft animals  ???  =|

This reminds me why I think anti-trust legislation or something similar needs to be applied to unions also.

There are some old cases litigated in the early 20th that need to be overturned and vacated. Maybe if we ever get adults back in charge we could see some repeal legislation on these union enabling/immunity laws as well as others that should have had a sunset provision.

If we are repealing federal law and code the baseline budget and indexing should be excised.

Touché.

Yes. It is the same as the care and feeding of pilots.  =D

That's why we hated the McPeak Service Dress Uniforms when he ordained their issue.

Are you Air Force, or a bus driver?  People didn't know, and actually asked that.   =|

It's all good.

I figure as long as Fly320s keeps his number of takeoffs equal to the number of landings, he's alright.

And don't over-stress the vertical stabilizer.  That would be bad.   :O

Pretty much a given depending on how broadly you define "landing".
On the other hand, I've never heard of an airplane getting stuck in the sky.

You overspeed the airframe to around 7 miles per second, you just might.

Those screwups at NASA do it all the time.
I promise not to duck.

That isn't sky. "sky" has fairly finite boundaries-dirt, rocks, water, trees and mountains on one side and space* on the other.

* while there is varying definitions of where space actually begins, if you step outside your airplane and your blood boils, your lungs explode and your eyes pop out of your head you're close enough.
