"Someone needs an economics lesson. If the NRA was just a shill for gun manufacturers, they wouldn't support this. It puts more used guns on the market, decreasing demand (and prices) for new guns. Also, destroying guns COSTS money. Selling guns MAKES money. So selling the guns can only recoup the costs of the "buy-back" program."
The comments section drew a lot of very nice idiocy from the Luddite crowd. I spammed them with some of the usual talking points.
