We are going to have to change the definition of unobtainium.  Either that or stop telling people "that can't be done".

I am hoping they change the name to Spongebobium.

And then I lost a whole lot of time reading about all the other neat stuff.

It is mind-boggling when I consider I was alive when the first working transistor was manufactured and how far things have come since then.  Even stuff like upsalite which was "discovered" because someone made a massive screwup (much like the development of the microwave oven).

stay safe.
If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of a constitutional privilege.

Hey you kids!! Get off my lawn!!!

They keep making this eternal vigilance thing harder and harder.  Protecting the 2nd amendment is like playing PACMAN - there's no pause button so you can go to the bathroom.

I like accidental discoveries.  They tend to be the most honest, open ones.

Ever since I caught on (in a layschoolboy's way) to what was going on with a chart of the nuclides, I wondered when someone might find a cheap and easy way to pack enough neutrons into a nucleus to make stable elements beyond uranium.

Sho' 'nuff we now have "Uu" elements in the periodic table.

And now, Nuclear Sailors, on to the "Island of Stability!"

Just like from here:

to here:

and here:

And who knows where we could go from the 8088?

Or from a spongey magnesium carbonate?

WHATEVER YOUR DEFINITION OF "INFRINGE " IS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING IT.
