Why even bother giving msnbc any attention at all. It's pretty much common knowledge with people who have a measurable IQ that msnbc will put anything on their network regardless of factual support and contradictions.

Tenth amendment does give states rights to regulate things that are NOT already in the constitution.
It's the same as saying they support states rights but God help us they attempt to fight the state's new censorship laws.

But instead of fighting each other, our forces face off, and then bypass one another at the Mason Dixon, and we each attack and eliminate the troublesome anti-American/enemies of Western Civ elements each other has in their backyards?
