South Carolina Takes On Obamacare

Senator Tom Davis is the single most consistent liberty minded pol in SC.  He introduced legislation last year that would neuter Obamacare within the confines of SC.  It is now moving through the legislature and, if you believe the source, has a pretty good chance of passage and signing by the governor. 

Don't think for a moment SC is a bastion of constitutional enthusiasm.  The same governor who is said to want to sign legislation neutering Obamacare (good) has sponsored an approximate 16% increase (year over year) in Medicaid.

We passed an initiative nullifying Obamacare in Montana  ;/

Ya think the state is going to go up against the IRS for you ?

Nice but, a tax deduction isn't going to be equal (in money you receive) to a tax refund of the same amount.
