Light gray and white stripes on a white shirt.  Ties need to contrast with the shirt better than that, and there should also be something to bring the tie into the outfit, like a coordinated (NOT exactly matched!!) pocket square or hatband.

All true, if it didn't overshadow the sallow, corpse-like skin tone...Probably looks fine in the pearlescent satin casket interior and dim light he's accustomed to. (The fellow in the photo, not necessarily MillCreek. ;))
