Seriously, where are they.  They have fallen down on the job - there is no pretty pink, no glowing neon, no reference to the day at all.

Last time they monkeyed with my logon, they never fixed my display name correctly.  You are liable to end up with "BVDskidmark" as your display name.

And yes, lack of a prank is definitely a prank.  A prank, in its purest form, is something unexpected.  Given it is 01APR, no prank is a fine prank.
