Taken a couple years ago (I'm guessing November 2002) in San Antonio.
From my recollection of what the owner told me (a nice guy BTW, who didn't at all mind being approached at random on the street and asked about his bike/asked to let photos be taken etc), this was built largely from a late 1970's full sized Mercury (I don't know remember if it was a cougar or grand marquis), with a full sized v-8 (don't remember if it was was 351 or 460) motor. The seating configuration was set up to hold 5 passengers with loads of luggage space, but you can tell from viewing the photo it would easily hold at least 3 passengers more than that.
