^^^There actually are such electro-stimulation devices, used for people with spinal trauma.  Either to be used for sexual activity or to get a semen sample for fertility procedures.

Oh, for pete's sake. Boy is 17! All you need to "force" an erection is a hot nurse with a low neckline on her scrubs top.

Why they feel the need to "force" it or take a picture of it is a whole nother bit of idoicy.

That is one of the more depressing reads I've had in a while.
Interesting though.

The whole point of that is extrajudicial punishment.  Maybe not rape, but getting close.

Yeah, I got that. This whole thing is just wrong and stupid. My point was mearly that injecting the kids penis with drugs just makes it a million times worse. Which, you got to admit, is a pretty impressive amount of stupid on top of something that was already too stupid for words.

I'm thinking this is an outgrowth of bullies going into law/law enforcement

Think about it: when you were in school, and the bully started in on you. If you stood up to him... did he ever back down? In my experience, not until he was forced to

That's what we keep seeing in these cases

What was that about a pearl handled revolver and someone from New Orleans again?

It is called Caverject, and it used to be all the rage, before Viagra and Cialis came along.  Caverject, which became available in the early 80's or a system of vacuum pumps and cock rings from even earlier, were the only treatments available to treat erectile dysfunction back in the day.  You had to train the patients to inject themselves at the base or the side of the penis and an erection would hopefully follow within 5-15 minutes.  The erection would last for 20-30 minutes, depending on the dose.  You were advised to use no more than 12 injections per month, and after prolonged use, scarring was a problem.

It was usually not covered by insurance, and the enthusiasm of the patients to inject themselves in the penis was low.  It is still used for those patients who do not respond to Viagra or Cialis, but it is no longer a big seller.

Oh.  Well.  On second thought, nevermind . . . .
