For us, it's hard to judge; right now is when all the incentive programs are out of money and won't have any more until next fiscal year. When you're talking about an $8-10,000 difference in out-of-pocket expenses, that has a lot of people waiting a few months rather than buying now.
OTOH, that gives us some time to catch up, tweak systems that are within spec but not as good as we think they should be, prep estimates for the people who want to be first in line for next year's incentive money, etc.
