Plus the classic "Let's agree to disagree," when the matter of the disagreement is a matter of fact, not of opinion. I don't know if that qualifies as a logical fallacy but, if it doesn't, it should.
The Temperature is 70 degrees. If Dana Loesch says, "It's too hot" and Piers Morgan says, "It's too cold", that's a matter of opinion and it's something on which they can legitimately agree to disagree. Whereas "The temperature is 70 degrees" (Loesch) being countered by Piers Morgan with "It's too cold" just doesn't work. As a Zen teacher once told us, "What is, is. Your unhappiness results from your inability to accept that which is."
