I suppose he'll finally be facing trial on his contempt citation, right?

Right?

He will go to trial, won't he?

I mean, the law is supposed to apply to everyone, right?

1) Where is O gonna find another black man (or *ugly* gay woman of any color) corrupt enough to replace Holder?

2) He's not really gone until the Senate confirms his replacement.

3) ???

4) Good riddance to bad garbage.

Uh, he's in DC, and has close ties to Chicago, remember?

Well, Obama finally found a way to motivate the whole Senate to do something.

In no way will his resignation, or indeed the resignation of the entire US senior executive branch including Barack Hussein Obama, make Americans freer, more secure, or more prosperous.

There are five things, above all else, that make life worth living: a good relationship with God, a good woman, good health, good friends, and a good cigar.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

TL;DR Case will continue to proceed.  Looks like he's bailing as courts are ruling that DOJ has to turn over documents to TA-DA Judical Watch.* Chances are that he won't serve any time.  This gives me a sadz.

* Can someone explain to me how this independent/non-profit can go to court and get documents from IRS, DOJ, EPA, other .gov agencies that congress, WHICH HAS FLIPPIN' CONSTITUTIONALLY MANDATED OVERSIGHT OF THESE SAME AGENCIES, CAN'T GET?

Meh... Hopefully he'll go back to his Leftrad law firm and defend terrorists or whatever.

I'd like to see him in prison too, but ultimately, stopping, blunting, exposing Fast and Furious, and severely limiting  the current administration's political and moral capital to make more anti-RKBA measures than they have is the most important thing.
I promise not to duck.

Obama would pardon him if he is ever charged with any of his crimes of intent or omission.  Wouldn't surprise me that he'd be nominated for SCOTUS.

Holder hasn't really done anything scandalous lately, other than be his usual self. I wonder if there was something new about to break that made them want him out. The Judicial Watch documents could be it, but the administration has provided so much partial and redacted information to Congress that I'd be surprised if there was a smoking gun in any of those.

Maybe this is a move on Obama's part, along with acting tough on ISIS and other charades, to try to help in the upcoming elections.
