Gas around here has been up and down from 2.70 to 3.25 and sometimes it'll jump 60 cents up or down overnight. Stuff I've been reading is saying the US is pumping more oil now than ever and OPEC, especially Saudi is freaking out.

I saw $2.559 at the Wal-Mart in Mason City, IA last night, across the road it was $2.539 at Kwik Star.

Iowa tax is $.30-.32 per gallon depending upon the blend.

Had to stop by for gas the other day,

Unleaded 3.599, Plus 4.099, Premium 4.299, Diesel 3.959

The price progression on grades is all out of whack these days.

Had to go to Rockwall, TX this morning, a place we go maybe once every couple of years. At a 7-11 on the outskirts of town gas was advertised as $2.23/gal.
