Yup, and Ms. Schiavo had no impairment... er... that's not right. To all those who spout "murder!" every time life support is withdrawn I postulate that without life support she'd have died anyways. "God's Plan" was apparently originally for her to die, and we interfered. Now, offing someone who's totally disabled but functional, that's euthanasia. Withdrawing a feeding tube for someone who's permanently tuber-ized to the point they can't swallow? That's noninterference.

Yes, I see picking on Cindy Sheehan in the same light as, oh, kicking a puppy. Mind you this puppy soiled all over the living room carpet, rolled in it, then lifted leg for a little relief on everyone's socks, but you don't kick it. You beat the hell out of whoever (a) told you it was house trained and (b) brought it into the house (here being a euphemism for "gave media exposure to) in the first place.
