I wonder if anybody has actually taken the time to sit her down and actually repeat the 'deer don't pay attention to the signs; the DOT puts the signs up where the deer cross anyways' line to her when she's actually paying attention?

 am acquaintance who made millions being a bay area dot commer in those dot com days is a libertarian gun nut - we only talk on facebook - but he claims snope is an old progressive couple from berzerkely - iirc they get gun stuff wrong - not saying wheter the vid is trues but snopes may not be very reliable

I thought by now everybody born since yesterday knew that the two running Snopes were whackadoodles.

That does not prevent them from not screwing things up with their political leanings about 75% of the time.  But unless you are asking your mother/your wife it pays to look for additional confirmation.  (Just remember that when asking WWJD the Pope is not Infallible.)
