My first thought was to wonder if it would be safe to look at their catalog.

My second thought was to wonder why Sales Manager Kathy Lee thought it was so important to emphasize that she's a "(Miss)".

She is also using a keyboard that apparently has a broken period key so she has to write "DOT" and uses too many exclamation points.
