Starbucks Chiapas Coffee
« on: September 29, 2016, 06:46:40 AM »
They've been carrying this for a couple of years, but today was the first time I've seen it for sale by the cup instead of as beans or grounds.

It is not bad at all. I'd say it's sort of in between a medium and a dark roast, very balanced acidity with some really nice back flavors and an extremely well rounded overall profile.

It's grown on a couple of specialty plantations in Chiapas state in Mexico, and is only a available for a couple of months.

Carbon Monoxide, sucking the life out of idiots, 'tards, and fools since man tamed fire.

Would they mind if some of it gets into my car w/o documentation?
