Climate Change and Sex
« on: November 07, 2015, 09:53:05 PM »
If the bajillion other ridiculous climate change connections didn't qualify as "jump the shark", this one has to. Climate change is now responsible for reduced sex drive, bringing down US population numbers. Somehow it's apparently only affecting the US. They give no explanation for sub-Saharan African families with twenty kids.

The fact we take these people seriously just reinforces that the world has gone mad.

I thought they wanted us to reduce population - for the Earf. And so we don't use up all of the resources.

Well, I kinda agree with the study. I spent last evening at an art gallery surrounded by a whole lotta females of appropriate age. Based on the look the all strove for as well as the town(C'ville, Berkeley of the East) I deduce that climate change is a really important thing to them. I had zero desire for any of them, even the good looking before alteration specimens.

I think it's interesting that the study used data for births nine months after hot days to determine the effect on the population instead of, you know, the actual population, which keeps going up.  Hey, maybe it's true, and decreasing sex drive is nature's way of controlling CO2.

This study seems to contradict the older findings that colder weather causes population shrinkage due to......shrinkage.
