State of the Union
« on: January 12, 2016, 09:41:51 PM »
Anyone else watching it? I took my anti nausea meds and they are working relatively well. After most of his points, the Dems give him a standing "O", pretty much negating the standing "O" as a form of praise. He really is spouting a bunch of hooey about most of his pet issues.
Personally, I do not understand how a bunch of people demanding a bigger govt can call themselves anarchist.

Keep us informed, I will be back to check soon. I am going to do something I find less disgusting than watch him speak. I am going to go express the anal glands on the dog. ;)

Thoroughly disgusting. I just had to turn it off when he started spewing about how solar industry employs more than coal...well no *expletive deleted*it Sherlock after your administration ripped the guts out of the coal industry and destroyed thousands of jobs.

On the one hand, I'd like to see our presidents go back to just sending Congress a written report, and eschewing the annual circus. On the other hand, any president that would be any good is so hated by the established press that he can't afford to pass up a chance to get his message out.

At the very least, could we perhaps get the Big Cheese to field some questions from the Representatives?

I did the dishes as it was much more interesting than watching him.

I think they should change the name from "State of the Union" to "President Bragging, Begging, and/or Crying."

There are five things, above all else, that make life worth living: a good relationship with God, a good woman, good health, good friends, and a good cigar.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

Bacon is the candy bar of meats!

Only the dead have seen the end of war!
