Weird bus shooting?

I find this event really odd. One victim forced her way out of the ambulance while in-route to the ER. No one on the bus is cooperating.

In light of the recent Trump rallies, was this a bus load of BLM protesters?

Sounds like typically gang violence stuff in an inner city area.  They all know who did it.  They would rather shut up and hate on police than actually have anyone enforce the law.

Or they have plans to take care of it themselves, and the po po would get in the way.

The issue may be related to a crackdown on gang activity in Richmond.  The gangs appear to be taking their fights to local freeways:

There is a high probability that this bus shooting is also gang-related.
