TSA Clears "Art Bomb"

So TSA let this get past security because it was labeled as "art". Yet a bullet shaped cigar cutter or a kid's GI Joe would be denied. I don't know what's going on anymore.

I don't see the problem.  It doesn't look like a prohibited item.
