Why I Just Voted for Trump in the CA Primary
« on: June 03, 2016, 10:11:33 AM »
I still don't know that I will vote for him in November, but I just filled the "Trump" bubble on my CA Primary mail-in ballot. This is why:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/06/03/san-jose-protesters-attack-trump-supporters-with-punches-eggs.html?intcmp=hpbt3

These freakin' violent protests, especially the attack on this woman, with Mexican flags prominently displayed, are the last straw for me. They grind my gears. They boil my blood. I can't think of better retribution to what are basically foreign insurrectionists threatening US sovereignty than having Trump decisively take raw numbers in the CA vote.

You want to protest Trump? Fine. Knock yourself out. I have problems with him too. Do it peacefully, and if you're going to fly a flag to support your point in a US election, then fly the US FLAG. Fly any other flag, and that tells me you'd rather be in that country. Go there and don't let the door smack you in the ass on your way out.

It is starting to shape up as an election of a guy that wants to keep America as an American nation like it has been historically vs a radical leftist.

Leftists who want to flood the country with third world workers, Muslim immigrants and foreign skilled labor all the while deconstructing, attacking and subverting every traditional institution we have left.

Nationalist vs globalist.

For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

Trump's enemies are literally the only thing he has to recommend him.

Amazingly he has made ALL the right enemies on the left and right.

I don't like or trust trump, but every time I see a video of communist *expletive deleted*it heads attacking Trump supporters, it pushes me a bit closer to voting for him in November. If he really wanted to seal the deal, Trump needs to leave a convention center after a speech  and curb stomp a crimigrant or a soros paid protester.

Yup, I have a whole host of problems with Trump (I kinda sound like Frank Costanzza on Festivus). Enough that it would still be very difficult for me to pull the lever for him in NOV, vs a third party or write-in.

I figured though, that the CA primary really doesn't make much of a logistical difference between him and any non-dem other party. So if I can add just one vote that might get him a majority in CA, it would be great optics and would make me smile. The idea that, even if he just got 10,000 more Republican primary votes than Clinton gets Dem primary votes, in a state that's like 80% dem, would just be sweet. The wailing of the La Razas and the SJWs would be epic.

Anarcho-tyranny
...we refuse to control real criminals (that's the anarchy) so we control the innocent (that's the tyranny).

Quote from:
What we have in this country today, then, is both anarchy (the failure of the state to enforce the laws) and, at the same time, tyranny – the enforcement of laws by the state for oppressive purposes; the criminalization of the law-abiding and innocent through exorbitant taxation, bureaucratic regulation, the invasion of privacy, and the engineering of social institutions, such as the family and local schools; the imposition of thought control through "sensitivity training" and multiculturalist curricula, "hate crime" laws, gun-control laws that punish or disarm otherwise law-abiding citizens but have no impact on violent criminals who get guns illegally, and a vast labyrinth of other measures. In a word, anarcho-tyranny.

Quote
The laws that are enforced are either those that extend or entrench the power of the state and its allies and internal elites ... or else they are the laws that directly punish those recalcitrant and "pathological" elements in society who insist on behaving according to traditional norms – people who do not like to pay taxes, wear seat belts, or deliver their children to the mind-bending therapists who run the public schools; or the people who own and keep firearms, display or even wear the Confederate flag, put up Christmas trees, spank their children, and quote the Constitution or the Bible – not to mention dissident political figures who actually run for office and try to do something about mass immigration by Third World populations.

Francis argued that anarcho-tyranny is built into the managerial system and cannot be solved simply by fighting corruption or voting out incumbents. In fact, he says that the system generates a false "conservatism" that encourages people to act passively in the face of perpetual revolution.

"...the system generates a false "conservatism" that encourages people to act passively in the face of perpetual revolution."

No way, José.

You know, if I were even more cynical than I already am, I would really wonder about that event.
1. Nice looking blonde woman attacked- to the rest of the country, and very likely in California as well, a nice looking Blonde woman is the unofficial symbol of California- think Barbie.
2. Blonde is cornered and attacked by a group and left with sticky slimy egg all over her head- sort of has a lot of subliminal symbolism of gang rape.
3. Attackers were brown-skinned waving foreign flags.
4. Agent of the State looks on, disinterested, not getting involved.
Put 1, 2,3 and 4 together and you have a very powerful message being displayed- a master propagandist couldn't possibly do better in staging such an event.

I'm not that cynical though, and I'm pissed off.

I personally think that California should be given back to Mexico.  In a short period of time, all the Mexicans and Liberals  would leave.  Then quietly turn it into a park.

Can't you read? As far as they are concerned, they ARE in that country.

And that, IMHO, is something that definitely has to be reversed -- soonest.

Ben I think you may have hit on Trump's possible key to victory in November.   There are still enough people who think that this country is headed in the wrong direction and the more the left does this *expletive deleted*it, the more people will be inclined to vote against the left.  Call it a knee-jerk reaction if you want.  But the left (Clinton, Sanders, Soros, et al) seems to be working very hard to drive people to vote for Trump.    You can't scream "HATESPEECH" and then go and assault people at your opponent's rallies.  Those were the tactics of the Nazis (and other Socialists).

But as Napoleon said "Never interrupt your enemy when he's busy making a mistake."

There's no reason to question it, to be honest. There's absolutely no need to stage a black flag event with leftists like this - just wait and they'll happily do it themselves, on their own volition, totally oblivious as to how it looks to the rest of America.

Get a good chuckle out of the leftist talking heads that blame Trump for the violent protests at his rallies.

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Vox editor tweeted out the other day:

Advice: If Trump comes to your town, start a riot.

    — Emmett Rensin (@emmettrensin) June 3, 2016

He was subsequently suspended by Vox; apparently he didn't realize that their mission was supposed to be covert and not overt.

The upside to a possible Trump presidency is maybe we can just get the *expletive deleted*ing  [ar15] over with.  The left seems damn determined for it to come to that.
