He had admin rights to the server. If he had half a brain, he backed the data up before he started monkeying with the deletes. Or could have. Combined with the immunity that the DOJ so helpfully provided even after committing perjury, he's perfectly safe as long as he keeps his mouth shut and a very low profile. The official story according to Clinton and the govt is that he acted on his own, implausible as that sounds. This kinda shows otherwise. He was already the fall guy.
Reddit has a lot of SJW's which have been taking over a lot of the site during the former CEO's tenure (Ellen Pao), so all of the posts are deleted and they're trying (and failing) to do damage control.
House Oversight Committee is looking into it, but the guy's immunity is probably pretty comprehensive. I would assume he's on some kind of no-work consulting payoff until this blows over.
