First, it's long bothered me that she's become a one-name celebrity. I am tempted to theorize that the Left brought that about, to make her seem more approachable - "Hillary," rather than "Hillary Clinton," or "Secretary Clinton." Doesn't make sense, though, as her last name is perhaps the primary reason why people have voted, or will vote, for her. But whatever the reason, why are we on a first-name basis with this nasty woman politician?
Second, that the Democrats even entertained giving her another go irks me, personally. I was immensely relieved when Obama deposed her 8 years ago. As noxious as Obama, and the cult of Obama, may be; at least it meant that the other sicko wouldn't ever be president, right? [tears out hair] That being said, I still think we're fortunate she's the candidate, versus any of the more personable, less scandal-ridden; but equally left-wing alternatives. If she is elected, I think that may continue to be the silver lining in the bizarre hold she seems to have on the Democratic Party. Even if not removed by impeachment, her ever-worsening history of crime and scandal may ham-string the Left's efforts during her term. Then again, the Left is remarkably adept at falling in line behind corrupt and incompetent leadership...
