Myst
« on: March 12, 2017, 06:26:45 PM »
I played Myst and Riven on friends' computers, back in the day, and never did get to finish them. If I wanted to play Myst on my PC, should I just download it from Steam?

There are also some used copies available on Amazon for a similar price.

Any other recommendations?

Or play them for free in DOSBox.

I went with Steam. It crashed a few times, but aside from that, it worked well enough on my Win10 box.

I thought it would take me a lot longer, but I'm already finished. I'll download Riven one of these days.

The title reminded me of The Mist.  I didn't need to think about that movie.
