The Biden-era “Zero Tolerance” policy is gone!

❌ No more gun shops shut down over clerical errors
❌ No more backdoor registry from closed stores
❌ No more livelihoods destroyed over paperwork

BREAKING: The Supreme Court sides with the Trump Administration on the Alien Enemies Act.

Tonight’s decision is a landmark victory for the rule of law. An activist judge in Washington, DC does not have the jurisdiction to seize control of President Trump’s authority to conduct foreign policy and keep the American people safe.

The Department of Justice will continue fighting in court to make America safe again.

I did not see this coming ... [popcorn]

Bill Maher has dinner with the President at the White House because Trump wants to hear from the "other side", not just from the echo chamber.

This is the thing that the radical left simply doesn't comprehend, and why Kamala got her thrashing. Trump connects with regular people, and not as "royalty who is liked by the commoner". He connects like he's their friend or coworker. Or just the guy at the bar next to you that you struck up a conversation with (or he with you).

I still recall seeing a video during the campaign. Some podcast super popular with young men that I'd never heard of, but has like millions of subscribers, rode on his plane with him. The video showed them all joking and laughing, talking about "regular guy things" like they were all long time buddies hanging out in the mancave. Oh, and they were on their way to an MMA thing.

Like him or hate him, Trump knows how to connect with both billionaires and the guy who drives the trash truck, as if he's one of them.

437 days to go ...

This is the story of America - https://www.whitehouse.gov/america250/
Quote
On July 4, 2026, America will celebrate the most important milestone in our country’s history—250 years of American Independence. “With a single sheet of parchment and 56 signatures, America began the greatest political journey in human history,” said President Trump of this momentous anniversary.

Under the President’s leadership, the Salute to America 250 Task Force (“Task Force 250”) has commenced the planning of a full year of festivities to officially launch on Memorial Day, 2025 and continue through July 4th, 2026.

The White House is engaging and encouraging the entire federal government, state and local governments, the private sector, non-profit and educational institutions, and every citizen across this country to join in this historic celebration.

Task Force 250 invites citizens to have a renewed love of American history, experience the beauty of our country, and ignite a spirit of adventure and innovation that will raise our nation to new heights over the next 250 years.

As part of these efforts, Task Force 250 is proud to present an original video series, “The Story of America.” Read more below and check back soon for more details about additional White House initiatives.

The Story of America video series:

"The White House Salute to America 250 Task Force has partnered with Hillsdale College to provide a history series that tells the remarkable story of American Independence. It will highlight the stories of the crucial characters and events that resulted in a small rag-tag army defeating the mightiest empire in the world and establishing the greatest republic ever to exist. This is the story of America. This is our shared heritage and our proud destiny that will continue to lead us to unimaginable achievements in the centuries to come."

I vaguely recall the Bicentennial, and IIRC, it was a pretty patriotic event with little protest. I have to wonder if the big 250 will be patriotic and happy, or if I'll be keeping the rifle and body armor in reach. Between it being a good round number for a repeat of 9/11, and the insane left that I don't see calming down in only a year, I can see at the very least, riots by the antifa,  BLM, transgender day of vengeance, etc. I'm certain that social media, which didn't exist in 1975, will be a major instigator.
