Made ribs tonight.  We ran out of store bought BBQ sauce early on, so faked our own from ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, ground mustard seeds, Worstechire, onions, garlic powder and probably a few other things.  Added some water and then let it reduce for an hour or so.

Ribs were baked (covered) in the oven initially, then basted with store bought BBQ sauce and put on the grill.  Direct (low) heat initially, then indirect heat with the grill thermometer reading about 300 for probably 2-2.5 hours total.  Basted with the homemade BBQ sauce every half hour or so.

Best ribs I've had in quite a while.

We had some ribs while on vacation this week.  They were cooked in a pressure cooker and then smoked.  I couldn't pick one up by the bone; the bone just came right out.  Super tender and very tasty.
