Why Pakistan shouldn't be nuked from orbit.

Guy is accused of sexual assault. (I don't see any mention of a conviction.) Local council doesn't punish him -- they order that his sister be raped by the brother of the ALLEGED victim of the original ALLEGED assault.

I thinl Cro Magnon man probably had a better developed system of criminal justice than that.

We were discussing this very thing the other day.  Why didn't they let the brother rape the rapist instead?
