It doesn't look to be as gut wrenching as Taking Chance, but still might be good.

I am confused, how is it a sequel to The Last Detail? I guess I need to read up on it.

Well, the book it was based on was by the same author, and this book was written later, so ==> it's a sequel.

Maybe some would.

Personally if I were to put on my dress blues or choker whites I would be meeting all of the current grooming standards. In fact that may actually be in the USN Uniform Regs somewhere.

Re: Taking Chance, I agree mightily.  Watched that in a hotel on a bit of a lark, and I don't know how anybody could watch that without copious waterworks.  Highly recommended nonetheless.
