No doubt.  I am curious what justification he had for the gun being drawn and threatening to shoot him.  Does he do that on every traffic stop?  Even if the guy was driving recklessly, I fail to see why that would be justified.

Clearly, he thought the motorcyclist was going to drop it in reverse and back over him.
