Bought a nice point cut corned beef brisket at the store. Going to throw it in the crock pot tomorrow morning and cook it until it's done.
Not one much for cabbage and carrots with my corned beef, so I called on my German heritage and got some sauerkraut to go with.
That should make a good dinner tomorrow night, and it should also make some great Reuben sammiches.
And Seren loves kraut. So all good.
