1lb package thin spaghetti boiled/prepared
1 lb fresh tuna steaks
1/4 head cabbage
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 cup French green beans
Canola oil and seasonings
Low sodium soy sauce
ginger
garlic
onion
Easy. Prepare pasta.
Fry shredded cabbage in a little oil in a big skillet. Add fresh tuna.
Fry until done. Add frozen vegetables.
Let sear a bit.
add seasonings and pasta.
Mix all together.
May be done with a can or two of tuna but not as good as fresh tuna.
