As do I. I will typically roast or grill them first for flavor. Much better IMO they just using a pan on the stove top. Sometimes I'll also go a little Greek by adding a bechamel/egg mixture to the top, as one would with pastitsio. I find it to be quite a nice addition. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
I really need to get a lp grill for that reason alone. I usually brown in a cast iron skillet, but flame charred adds a slightly different flavor.
I had an LP grill for awhile, a second-hand one from neighbors when they upgraded. Nice piece of kit. I didn't like it. After the bottle of gas ran out, I went back to charcoal.
