Yes, assuming they have agreed to the training.  Or Jack Bauer thinks it is a good idea.  Otherwise, no.

Do you know what the training consists of prior to it happening, probably not. The training may be required for your job, either do it or find another job that doesn't require that training. But until you are strapped to the board you don't have a clue. I guess accepting the job is blanket consent for whatever happens.

OK, do you think killing people is sometimes OK, or do they have to agree to it, first?

While I'd always prefer to have their permission or a sign-off from Jack Bauer, of course it is sometimes okay to kill someone without their permission.
