California about to find out that the only thing worse then rolling blackouts...

is non-rolling blackouts.  The assembly votes to ban the use of fossil fuels to generate electricity.   I just wonder if that means they won't buy electricity from AZ or NV or off the grid that comes from Coal or Natural Gas fired plants.  I can't wait to see the nighttime satellite pics of California as compared to North Korea....

Nuclear fuel comes from rocks.  Sounds like a fossil fuel to me.  Better cut-off the nuke juice to California, too.

Well, they're not going to make the switch complete until 2045.

That will give a lot of sane people time to flee.

Won't Global Warming have swallowed California by then? The fish certainly won't need fossil fuels.
