Stupid costume I found at Walmart.
« on: September 11, 2018, 09:16:19 PM »

eta: Unembigginated, but can't get rid of all the white space at the bottom

Was at Walmart with my daughter and stumbled across this idiotic Halloween costume. In case you cannot tell due to the glare on the package this is an all black bodysuit.

So who's idea was it that what a kid needs on Halloween is to be dressed in all black? Does this seem like a good idea?

Kids don't often make the best decisions, do not always pay attention to their surroundings and will likely be loaded up on sugar making them hyper-active and prone to sudden bursts of activity.

Now this is fine if they were just going to wear it to a party or go to the mall or something, but out on the streets? At night?

Any of you old enough to remember the early days of Saturday Night Live? There was a character played by Dan Akroyd whose company sold items as ill-thought out as this body suit.

Watch the clip and tell me if that wouldn't be in his catalog.

Holy crop your picture batman!

Meh. I remember wearing a grim reaper costume that was all black once. Also, the eyes glow so you got that.  =D

You racist bastage!
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

I, for one, am shocked that any of our members would be so insensitive to the feelings of the Shadow Demon community. We need to acknowledge our corporeal privilege.

If people buy it, why would it be stupid?

I disagree. I don't like Shadow Demons and don't care about their feelings. Or the feelings of Hell Beasts, Devil Children, Succubi etc. If we're going to allow some denizens from the Nether Dimensions to come and live with us, I would prefer the immigration policy be wights only.
