WJTV reports te Belhaven, Miss., community have been finding mashed potatoes in odd places, including door steps, tops of cars and other places that generally aren't exactly common spots for mashed potatoes to be located. The residents who found mashed potatoes on their property live on different streets in different parts of the area.
"Some people were thinking maybe the mashed potatoes were poisoned to kill animals. I didn't taste it, I have a 3 second rule, so I didn't touch it but some people were worried," Bjernegard said.
Someone twisting this into some sort of Trump racist attack in 10,9,8,7.............
I became prejudiced recently. Anything that's wacko-kooko in the news lately, I automatically think "damn Democrats" first.I know it's wrong, wrong, wrong, but I can't help it.I'm not signing this one so nobody will know who posted it.
No, for them (anyone) to easily turn this into a Trumpian attack against god-fearing people they would be have to be leaving slices of white bread laying around, maybe up to a whole loaf if they really wanted to frighten the populace. bob
If they can find a way to find Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches racist...
Oh good grief. What did I miss?
From 2012Peanut Butter And Jelly Racist? Portland School Principal Ties Sandwich To White Privilegehttps://www.huffpost.com/entry/is-peanut-butter-and-jelly-racist_n_1874905
“What about Somali or Hispanic students, who might not eat sandwiches?” Gutierrez said, according to the Tribune. “Another way would be to say: ‘Americans eat peanut butter and jelly, do you have anything like that?’ Let them tell you. Maybe they eat torta. Or pita.”
This video is oddly relevant to this thread. Kinda. Pita, PB&J, and culinarily clueless furriners.https://youtu.be/tFlPRAqUhlI
OMG! She used white bread, and then doubled down and used white milk!RACIST!
What's with this no crunchy PB bull I can't stand smooth PB, there's just something weird about it.
As part of a training program known as “Courageous Conversations” that has been phased into Portland schools in recent years, the Tribune reports that staff members at Gutierrez’s school have been going through trainings, classroom observations and exercises, such as reading a news article and then talking about it from the perspective of “white privilege.”
Creamy PB is better for saltine crackers, but fistful doesn't like that.
All you need for peanut butter is some honey and a spoon. Mix and eat, pretty basic. :)bob
I might try that. Can I leave bowls of it around on random peoples' doorsteps?I'm surprised nobody's caught the mashed potatoes guy on security cameras.
Yuck! Honey, good. Peanut butter good as long as it's not sweet. I usually make my own PB just to avoid any sugar. (now if you add so much sugar you end up with Butterfingers, that's different)
