Long story short: A Russian company is investing in a Kentucky aluminum mill and we need to scream collusion because of, you guess it, Trump and Gov Bevin are Russian puppets.

I'm going to guess the 500+ jobs being created are going to be jobs paying higher wages for skilled labor.  Not McJobs.

Those people will then spend most the money in the local community buying food, clothing, shelter, cars, etc.   Which will create economic growth in an are currently economically depressed.
