Prolly the same thing that happened to me after I had a strong cup of chamomile tea.

Had to pee every 20 minutes for a number of hours.  No sleep for li'l ole Terry.  Lotsa exercise, though.

I magic-markered "TRIURETIC" on the box of teabags so I wouldn't do that again.
